Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time  

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. *This Excludes Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates  

Our shipping partners calculate shipping charges for your order, which will be displayed at checkout.  Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. Currently, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We honor and support those who serve, and appreciate your understanding as we work to expand our reach.

 

Shipment method  

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other carriers at the sole discretion of Curioaks LLC, as determined at the time of shipping.  

Certain items are not eligible to ship to P.O. boxes and must be shipped to a physical address. If an item is ineligible for P.O. Box shipping, Curioaks will notify you via email.

Express & next-day deliveries are not available.

Estimated delivery time  

The general time standard is typically 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience greater delivery times. Delivery times are subject to change.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and calculated by our shipping partners.

​​Rates are subject to change and are denominated in USD.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages 

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. If you received your order damaged or did not receive it, please contact us at support@curioaks.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.  

 

International Shipping Policy  

Fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout. International delivery is not available for international P.O. boxes. The average International order takes approximately 2 weeks (14 business days) for delivery, but may arrive sooner or take longer depending on other factors.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  

Curioaks LLC is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and other applicable charges.
