Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are based on weight and will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other carriers at the sole discretion of Curioaks LLC at the time of shipping.
Curioaks LLC ships to addresses within the U.S. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We appreciate all who have served and hope to find a solution to this in the future.
Estimated delivery time
The general time standard is typically 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience greater delivery time frames. Delivery times are subject to change.
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and based on weight.
0 - 1lb. = $4.99
1lb. - 3lbs. = $6.99
3lbs. - 5lbs. = $8.99
5lbs. and greater = $10.99
Rates are subject to change and are in USD currency. Free shipping is valid on orders of $75 or more after discounts and promotions are applied (based on subtotal excluding tax, shipping, & packaging). Prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Curioaks LLC is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. If you received your order damaged or did not receive your order, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
